Really?
This morning I heard one of the sports radio blowhards over at ESPN describe himself as "socially liberal and fiscally conservative." I've actually heard that buzzing around for a while now. I understand the desire to take the best attributes of our fractured two party system and create an a la carte political stance that works for you, but aren't those two things really mutually exclusive?

1 out of a 100,000 Cases For Smaller Government
McCain/Feingold got struck down by the supreme court today. I think this is a good thing. As usual, when the Government tries to do something they create a law, and then that law ends up getting used in all kinds of ways that were never intended. This video sums it up pretty well.

Regulate It
Like Reagan once said:
[G]overnment's view of the economy could be summed up in a few short phrases: If it moves, tax it. If it keeps moving, regulate it. And if it stops moving, subsidize it.
The usual crap is stated in that article: safety, fairness, AIDS...
Stossel sheds some truth on this kind of Government fiasco when it was applied to a business that did cornrows.
These regulations are a tool of established businesses to stifle competition and a tool of Government to force yet more control.

You Know That Chick Running For Kennedy's Senate Seat?
She let a guy off (a cop) who raped his 23 MONTH old niece with a hot curling iron.
You can't make this crap up.
You can't make this crap up.
Political Ads
This one's pretty good. Its made by pro-Republican Scott Brown people in Massachusetts. They are goofing on the anti-Scott Brown ads put out by the Democrat, Coakley.
