This is a Strange One.
The courts are backing criminal cases against people who film cops on duty. On the one hand, this seems to be an obvious miscarriage of justice, but at the same time I sort of believe that due to the reactionary nature of our society it is probably some sort of obstruction of justice to Youtube police action out of context.

It is a strange one. Only cause I don't know where I fall on this.
I think I would approve of some sort of legislation where it was legal to film police action and it was admissable in a court case, but that there were limits on how you were able to otherwise disseminate such videos.
