Liberals Like Comedians

Well hell, I guess they could say the conservatives like actors. Anyway...

I saw a flyer for this yesterday in SF. I don't understand the title: "3rd Annual Bush Going Away Party"

Is this some sort of way to make the losers feel good? Like, "Well we lost the Presidency, but it means we only get George Bush for more years, so lets start celebrating."

Of course the whole event is about bashing Bush. Yaaaawn.

Money goes to keep that evil military out of high schools. Damned evil military.

Happy Friday

No, there is no liberal media bias

I chatted with Blogust yesterday, and one of the points that came up about liberals is that they just don't see the liberal bias that is pretty much in all news media. Yet, when it comes to Fox News, they believe it is so blatantly biased that they don't listen.

So here, for your enjoyment, are two writeups on yesterdays action in the senate. You tell me which one is more biased.

Here's the non-biased Reuters report. " U.S. Congress on Friday moved to block the Bush administration", "Slap in the face", "More than Bush asked for", "Less than Bush asked for"

Bush is always wrong.

Here's the overly-biased report. This is an AP report linked on Fox News' front page. It lists figures, voting totals, it quotes Teddy Kennedy, it talks about divisions, it mentions progress and hurdles. I mean, talk about the bias!

Well rounded.

National Intelligence Estimate

Over the weekend the Dems were beside themselves over the NIE report of six months ago. I read it and I don't see why they were so excited. See for yourselves.
Check out Michelle Malkin

Clinton Meltdown

Did everyone hear about the Clinton meltdown over the weekend with Chris Wallace? It was truly hard to watch. These guys have some good videos about that interview.
Also check out Vent.

Let's hear it for Apoo!!

Thank Heaven For 7-11

Talk about coming in under the wire! Just when I thought I was going to have to forego some hot Friday video action, I came across this beauty. Just magnificent, people!

You Nazty Spy!

In light of all the Hype Moe Chavez is getting, I think it only appropriate to show a Three Stooges video in honor of Video Friday. Enjoy

Lethal Weapon?

Hollywood Loves Hugo

CITGO is a tool of Chavez's. Something tells me this company will slowly disintegrate.

Viva Wal-Mart

Cheap Drugs

Comedian Presidents

Have you guys seen this?
or
this?
Funny. I am sure you all have heard about the new movie where Robin Williams runs for president. Do you think the Dems are starting to realize they have no leadership? Maybe that is why they are putting their faith into comedians.

Super Fantastic.

I think I'm going to give up drinking now. Ladies and gentlemen, I now introduce you to the real Scott Stapp.

Are Our Kids Safe Enough, Though?

Okay, those two little fuckers from Columbine seriously messed up this country. I hope someone at least abused their corpses. This is ridiculous. A San Diego cop wouldn't even shoot somebody carrying that thing.

Criminal Masterminds Need You!

I've said it before and I'll say it again. the Intranet is evil. Craigslist is the Hades of the World Wide Web. This young man may have escaped virtually unscathed, but you might not be so lucky. Eh, maybe it's just funny.

Dumbfounded

If you want to have a good day, don't read this.

Men Are Smarter Than Women

But we already knew that.

Merry Christmas, Bitches!

Oh, you guys are gonna love this one. I know I did. Be sure you're at least arm's length away from your computer, cause you're gonna wanna punch it. Way to go, Newsweek. As long as we're doing "what ifs," what if you guys weren't a big stupid left wing schill of a mag? What an ass face this guy is.

Go Tony!

Blair that is.

Blame Michael Moore

This is sadnews. But didn't Mr. Moore go out of his way to make the US look like an insane asylum while Canada was a haven of safety? There's this shooting today and the shooting this article mentions in 89. Why was this 89 shooting not mentioned his his praise of Canada?

Besides that, I think its time to start rounding up all D&D, Goth, loners who walk around in black trenchcoats.

Dems = Brain Dead

Here's one of the latest Democratic commercials in this here California Governor's race. I mean WTF does this have to do with anything I ask you? This "Bash Bush" rhetoric is about as tired and old as the Atlanta Braves "hatchet chop".

Fresh Goes Better!

If you don't think this is one of the funniest things you've seen in a while, then you need to go to the doctor, because you've obviously got a tumor in the humor center of your brain.

Fun Weekend

I was back in San Luis Obispo this past weekend for a friend's birthday party. It was nice seeing old friends. Sorry FryAnEgg, I was not there for long. I'd like to see your house some time.

Went to breakfast with some friends Sunday morning and got the usual liberal group think conversation by which they all speak their mind and just assume everyone else agrees. I kept my mouth shut, but my girl stood up for some points which made me proud. Seemed the conversation revolved around Katrina and Schwarzenegger's latest (gasp!) comments over an open mic about how you don't mess with black/latino mixed women because they are hot blooded. As usual (and like the Ann Coulter comments) its not about whether what was said is the truth, but that it was not PC.

Anyway, the conversation was funny, because I was at a table of mostly girls and their comments went like this:

1- "I just can't vote for Schwarzenegger because of how he treats women."

2- "Yeah, but I also don't know much about Angelenies."

Here's why I laughed, because in my head my answers were this:

1- "But you voted for Bill"

2 - "You obviously don't know anything about Angelinies, since his name is Angelidies"

Just Because It's Awesome.

Score One For The Big Guy.

It warms the heart to see justice served.

Video Friday

This one goes out to Lord Kingly and CJ, being that they are San Diego residents. Rob Halford, of Judas Priest, has been known to spend his time in Hillcrest, but I am sure Lord Kingly and CJ already knew that.

Judas Priest really started to become famous when they became targets of Tipper Gore's watchdog group, The Parents Music Resource Center (PMRC). The group was resposible for all the "Parental Guidance: Explicit Lyrics" labels on albums...oh joy. As you would guess, many musicians weren't too crazy about the idea. Here are a couple quotes.

The PMRC proposal is an ill-conceived piece of nonsense which fails to deliver any real benefits to children, infringes the civil liberties of people who are not children, and promises to keep the courts busy for years dealing with the interpretational and enforcemental problems inherent in the proposal's design.
It is my understanding that in law First Amendment issues are decided with a preference for the least restrictive alternative. In this context, the PMRC demands are the equivalent of treating dandruff by decapitation. - Frank Zappa

and

That which is denied becomes that which is most desired, and that which is hidden becomes that which is most interesting. Consequently, a great deal of time and energy is spent trying to get at what is being kept from you. - John Denver

I think both of these guys are right. What do you all think? Has music become more or less raunchy since the days of Judas Priest?

Path To 9/11

ABC is airing a mini-series/docudrama for the anniversary of Sept. 11th. It is titled "Path to 9/11." The odd thing about this series is that it takes shots at the Clinton Administration, as well as, the Bush Administration for not taking terrorism seriously. WOW! MSM taking shots at the Democrats. Can't wait to check it out. As one would expect, liberal bloggers are up at arms about the docu-drama. One argument I have heard them use is that the mini series shouldn't be taken seriously since it is a docu-drama and not a documentary. Apparently, documentaries are accurate and infallible, but we all remember Fahrenheit 9/11.

Clinton is getting in on it too. He is now trying to silence the media.
