Ok, Ok, I understand that this can happen anywhere, but with my experience of the transportation in the Bay Area I can't to help to believe that this is usual.

I saw this video before it was taken down, and dude, that's NOTHING! That's a Chinatown bus! Those are generally nice buses. I took the Haight St. bus for years and could write a book about my experiences. My favorite was when two homeless guys got in a fight and one guy started slamming the other guys head on the window, splattering blood everywhere. Of course, the bus driver ignored the whole thing. FUCK MUNI.
