How smart is it to hold a global warming conference where its about to be winter? I guess that shows the cluelessness of this entire movement.

They've heard the song and defined it thusly:
"DMI defines a white Christmas as 90 percent of the country being covered by at least 2 centimeters of snow on the afternoon of Dec. 24."
I know, that killed me. Someone actually spent the time to define what a white Christmas is. And the answer wasn't Christmas in the Hamptons.
