I have an idea and goes like this: you know the surge is working when lefties start worrying about Iran.
2-3 years ago when Iraq was in total chaos, left wingers were poopooing the idea that Iran was a legitimate threat despite the evidence that they were selling weapons to insurgents, leading sponsor of Hamas and Hezbollah, killing our troops and enriching uranium. Today, their tune has changed. Now THEY are saying that Iran is in fact a threat and that WE (a.k.a. Bush Administration) have been ignoring Iran and that the Iraq war has made them more powerful. Why the change of heart? I say it is because the surge is working and they know it. There is less and less to complain about everyday in Iraq and that is not good for those who want to point out the bad and blame it on Bush. So they switched gears and are now focusing in on Iran.
The surge is working, thank God. We know it and the left knows it too. I will leave you with this.
That is how I see it anyway.

The surge may appear to be working, but it may be up to 10 years before we know what effect man-made global warming will have on it.
On the head, Blogust. Listening to the Dems speak, its obvious that their tactic is "Look over here".
Like Obama's latest statement that Iran almost has Nuclear weapons because we didn't talk to them. Yep, as usual, blame Bush and the US. Never mind that Europe has been talking to Iran forever. Where has that gotten the EU?
Nevermind that the toughest guy on Iran, John Bolton, was removed because of the left.
These people are so screwed up it is almost dizzying.
