They say the fine will be too small to coerce businesses to cut back on their emissions, but I wonder if it will be too small for them to pass the non-savings on to us?
They admit it won't do anything to fight Gorebal warming, but they are doing it anyway.What these idiots will never admit is that it will make the bay area less and less competitive.
