I seriously doubt any of these fresh-faced young beauties could offer the same level of customer service as a mean old lady or a flamboyant homo. Good riddance to the days of smiling hotties and all the peanuts you could eat, I say.
Good. Society has an unfair and unrealistic standard set for women. We shouldn't discriminate against people based on looks and gender and we has a country should give the grouchy old hag and the fat lazy slob equal opportunity to take care of our needs. No standards allowed, it is only fair.
