I don't know enough about this law to support it, but it clearly has become one of those issues that only one opinion is allowed in order to be socially accepted. Much like gay marriage in CA.
Well, if I'm understanding correctly, the law provides for police officers to round up every innocent person who doesn't carry proof of citizenship and put them in jail or send them to Mexico forever. Something like that. Also, America becomes Nazi Germany.
