Look, I live in San Diego so I have met a tonne of Europeans in my lifetime. I am immune to the American foible of equating any European accent with intelligence. English people, in my experience, tend to be generally pretty daft and have the most juvenile sense of humor. I mean, it's pretty much farts and pratfalls and Russell Brand, and while there's a place for that, I'd lump it all in with Larry the Cable guy. I mean, it's ironic how much these people have in common with the flyover states on that one. But this is not funny on any level. Mostly, because I don't think it's supposed to be a joke.
