My favorite club, The Ivy Room, just closed a month ago. Sucks because it is basically right next to my house.
I've been to CBGB's. The place is a hole. But, hey, its an institution. Much like the Ivy Room was.
Dunno if I like the idea of a CBGB's in Vegas with slot machines. But hell, The Ramones are so over marketed now that it just makes sense.
