If that's real, then holy smoke. But I'm noticing that you don't get to see where those tree stumps connect to his arms and he's wearing a sleeved shirt that isn't ripped open. There's no way those "hands" fit past the sleeve openings.
Don't worry, there are ton of pictures showing this guy. He is in a hospital in this shot, but if you want others, just google the tree man.
