Italy is so effed up.
The LAT writer obviously has no clue. Italy is 1/2 the size of France but has 2x the population. You think we have immigration problems??? Italy is over run by immigrants from Africa, Slovenia, Bosia, Serbia, etc.
IMHO Italyl must slam its borders shut, now, so that it can survive.
It is not Xenophobic, it makes sense. And Italians know this. Anti immigrant feelings are pretty much universal there.
