The ban in SLO was made to keep down growth, I don't know how much it had to do with the whole carbon thing, but of course the article doesn't mention that. It just says they banned it.

I guess randomly banning stuff is a good thing.
Why ban it? Who cares? BAN IT!
We're so behind the times in terms of banning things. This is where we could learn a lot from our time in the Middle East.
