I've flown Northwest, so
this doesn't surprise me in the least. I mean, isn't their logo, "Northwest Airlines. Damn it, what the hell do you want?" At least that's the way I remember it. Why should they treat their employees any better than they train their employees to treat their customers? It's called consistency people.
