The World Can't Wait

The World Can't Wait people have put together a petition to drive out "The Bush Regime." When is this supposed to take place? October 5th 2006, so mark your calendars. What is interesting about this petition is how it reads. Here is a caption or two.

There is not going to be some magical "pendulum swing." People who steal
elections and believe they're on a "mission from God" will not go without a
fight.

and

There is not going to be some savior from the Democratic Party. This whole idea
of putting our hopes and energies into "leaders" who tell us to seek common
ground with fascists and religious fanatics is proving every day to be a
disaster, and actually serves to demobilize people.

Sounds like these people are not planning on taking the traditional route to remove The President. Sounds more like a revolution rather than politics as usual. What is even more fascinating is how many Democrat Congressman signed this petition. Here is a list of celebrity and political signees.
