Wow, our President really is responsible for everything. I'm sure its not long till he's tied to the VT shootings, but in the mean time we have this.
Of course critics won't give an inch and they are blaming the reduction on Katrina. But wait... Bush caused Katrina too!

Geez..I think we should expect future debates to discuss economic numbers and global warming numbers. It is just sad and I hope Republicans dismiss this article and not try to join the club.
