Wow, Blog-ust. I'm all for bashing the ignorance of Hollywood, but I think most people could have made the same mistake. I don't really know what else she could have said or done.
That being said, Britney Spears is a hag and Lindsay Lohan's a slut.
I don't care that she wears the darn bag, much like I don't care if someone hung their stupid confederate flag, but I think it is sad that "most people could have made the same mistake."
I think I have to clarify my post a little. I don't expect Cameron Diaz to know Peru's history with Mao or with China in general for that matter. In fact, I bet most people don't know it, including yours truly. I also imagine if I walked around Peru with a commie bag, no one would even notice.
I am mostly commenting on "fashionable commie wear" and I think it is great that Diaz got burned from it.
Maybe she could wear a bag with a swastika and the slogan "Arbeit Macht Frei" in Israel. Everybody always likes to bring issues back to WWII, I just decided to do it before you all did...sorry.
