You know, they are right. There isn't much of a difference between the two parties. Bush just vetoed a bill that would have given children "free" health insurance. Not all children mind you, but "the children" just the same. (In order to qualify for the insurance one would have to be under 25 years old and living in a household of $82,000.00 /year or less.) So Bush wisely vetoes it. What makes me angry is what Bush says after the veto. He says he wants congress to "focus the program strictly on low-income children."
What? No. Bad idea. No one covered. Nothing is "free"
It must be so easy being a Democrat, because now they know who the devil is. They don't have to look for him any further, for he is the wicked one who didn't give children health insurance.
