This stuff is all so predictable is just mind-numbing.Step 1) Pass gigantic budget. People complain.Step 2) Cut 1/2 of 1% of budget so that the last thing you can show is that cut the budget.I mean the formula is so obvious. Its obnoxious how stupid the President thinks we are.
