Here he is hanging out with Moe Chavez. The same Moe who works with Ahmadinejad and Larry Castro, calls the President the devil and Americans Imperialists, takes private property from Venezuelans and from Foreign Companies, and ultimately wants to make himself Dictator for life. So I ask you, can Sean Penn's actions be considered treasonous?
I say yes.

Treason? Technically I don't think so because Chavez is not technically an enemy, although you aren't "suppose" to bad mouth your country on foreign soil. But, we did elect a president that did just that so a precedent has been set. As a "free minded" guy, I am not prone to imprisoning people who are down on the president in inpopular countries. But that doesn't mean I will watch his movies.
