Uhh...

Does this seem like a bit of scary step?

I am not certain about this, but I would say that fastfood really became popular in SO-CAL and I wouldn't be surprised if many of the famous fast food chains started in socal. With all the freeways and the driving, it only makes sense to me. Perfect example of capitalism at work. See a market and then exploit it. So yes, I do think this is a scary first step. Free market is free market and it should stay that way.

And after thinking about that "fast food" definition, there are going to be quite a few lawsuits.

ANY menu, by definition, is limited. Have you ever been to a restaurant that had a menu the never ended? Hell, the amount of energy in the universe is limited. What do they mean by that term???

Starbucks, Peets, and all other coffee shops fall into their wording too.
