When you post to the main page, like I did, you are allowed to embed a video player. When you are at a YouTube viewing page (like with Blogust's video) notice there is a section there that says Embed. Copy the code in the Embed section into your post on the main page and you'll see a video pop up.
If you want to learn the < a > tag, it looks like this:
< a href = "http://www.w3.org/MarkUp/Guide/" > Text < /a >
If you snug up the < > symbols (remove the spaces next to the greater than less than symbols), it turns into this:

The great part about this video is the two guitarists trade off on the solo, but the cameraman keeps jumping to the wrong the guy.

When you are watching a video on an actual YouTube web page, look over to the right, you'll see two sections. One says URL, the other says Embed.
Well in this reply section, all you can do is copy the code thats in the URL section.
Like this for Blogust's video:
