Friendly fire has always been a sad tragedy of war. Now it's a criminal offense. Or offence, as the case may be. Look for the hippies to try and push this judgment on the U.S.

This is telling. Although it is sad that a "friendly" was killed, it is worse that these guys can't do their jobs without feeling like they are going to be punished. How can we tell people to fight and then punish them when they do.

I agree 100%. Do you suppose the enemy prosecutes their "soldiers" when they make mistakes?
Of course, we all know this another bullshit political move more than anything else.
Make a mistake, go to jail.
I thought intent had something to do with prosecution. I guess not.
