I was eating dinner at a restaurant. It was on in the background. Honest.
So what was the chance of CARS getting best animated feature on a night where they blew green sunshine up Al Gore's ass? Or maybe it was green sunshine coming out of his ass... Was it any guess it would go to the left leaning flick about animals who live on ICE???
This was surprisingly refreshing considering it comes from the SF Chronicle. A few of my favorite entries:
-- Wait, wait, wait. These awards are deadly dull, and now they bring out James Taylor? What next, a lecture from Melissa Etheridge?
Oh.
-- Apparently Al Gore has eaten the world's excess carbons.

Animals who live on ice? Was that Happy feet or Ice Age 2? Couldn't find it on the net.
Happy Feet won.
God I heard that sucked, but it got 75% on Rotten Tomatoes. I did like Ice Age 2.
