Here is a video to add to MacMeda's post. It just shows the U.S. Military doing a little spring cleaning that is all. As Pat Dollard puts it "Kick Off Your Shoes, Grab A Scotch, And Watch Some Of The Finest Damn Terrorist Killin’ Video You’ve Ever Seen."
I want to warn you though, it is pretty slow during the first 2 minutes, but in the end it is sorta graphic.

Were those guys in the first video just planning on driving right up to a military instillation in civilian cars?
The only info I got was this
