One part of the article talks about how Soros' lacky wants to pursue a "new multilateral national security,". This is very interesting to me for one reason. Last year I read a book called "Do as I say (Not as I do)" and the author spoke about how a multilateral blah blah blah was better for Soros' type of business than a unilateral one. I didn't understand what the Author meant then and I don't understand it now. Can anyone shed some light?
