This is called "Quick Kill" active protection system. When an RPG is fired the Quick Kill responds by blowing it up before it hits it's target.
In the first sequence you can see an RPG being fired (lower center right of your screen) towards the building.
The second sequence follows the Quick Kill.
And the third shows the whole thing in real time.

Look into DARPA. They develop seemingly implausible technologies for the armed forces (bionic man suit, drone planes, the crusher) There is a project called iron shield or something like that, that is basically a box placed on the roof of a hummer that will shoot down incoming rpg's.
That's the baddest shit I've seen in a while right there. Sweet vid.
As I've said before, I'll never get over the amount of brilliant people who create weapons. Kind of sad.
