Seriously, it's come to the point that when I hear that argument I almost automatically jump on the other side of the issue. Of course, the sex offender registry in it's current incarnation is some of the most effed up shite going. Don't get me wrong, I don't think 23 year old student teachers should be boning high school freshmen, but it's probably not a one strike and you're out kind of offense.
