Don't you think it's kind of funny, though, that the current administration said no.
Seriously, though, you can't blame Obama. You don't want to have to prorate you rent for 2 weeks, and then you'd have to wait longer to get your deposit back. It's the holidays and I'm sure that money's already spent.
