Once again, Hollywood ruining a PERFECT film by remaking it with a dork like Keanu Reeves combined with super duper special effects.
Hollywood sucks.
The original is about stopping humans from spreading nuclear power outside our planet. Makes sense, the alien race does not want to put up with us given our new power. Very similar to first contact premise of the Vulcans when we learn how to go faster than light speed in the Star Trek realm.
The new one is spun in a new way. Care to guess what the alien is warning us of this time???
