You know what's funny? About a year ago, I read about that McDonald's coffee lawsuit and the truth is, it wasn't as frivolous a case as it was made out to be. I can't remember everything, but McDonald's knowingly served their coffee at ridiculously high temperatures. The woman actually had to have skin grafts and such. You're right about this one though. This lady and her lawyer see big corporate pockets that would probably just like to see the problem go away.
I heard the same thing about McDonald's too, but old people love hot coffee that is what I don't get. And I should know, I mean I worked at an olds folks home forever. I know, that is a stupid argument, but there were times when I got so pissed when blue hairs complained that their coffee wasn't hot enough that I wished they would burn their Old people lips on a batch made by Satan. Which I am sure what some people think McDonald's coffee is. As for the taco bell lady, she is just embarrassing herself. I think the hot sauce caught her on a bad day and now she can't give up.
